Returns & Exchanges
At Krish Trading, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Please review our policy below:
RETURNS:
- 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we will be unable to accept returns. Unused and original condition (unopened packaging, tags still attached, etc.) to be eligible for a return.
- Cost of transport for returns will be covered by the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
EXCHANGES
- 7 days of receiving your order.
- Unused and original condition.
- Cost of transport for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
The customer is responsible for the cost of transport for the return or exchange unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
Some items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges, including: Giftcards, Product Add-Ons & Free Gifts
REFUNDS:
Refunds will be processed once the returned item(s) are received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
